Background
Lizzie Darling is passionate about helping and serving others. Before deciding to pursue a career as a counselor, she studied behavioral neuroscience in school. However, after receiving guidance from the Holy Spirit, reflecting on her own life experiences, and using her educational discernment, she decided to utilize her gifts and talents as a counselor.
Lizzie’s expertise extends to helping high school students navigate the transition to college, a journey she understands can be both exciting and daunting.​
She also provides support to those seeking guidance through grief, loss, and sudden life adjustments.
She is experienced in working with children of divorce, including adult children, helping them develop life skills to overcome family dynamics resulting from divorce or separation of parents.
Lizzie is certified in marriage preparation for the Catholic Church and on our team of facilitators who provide a comprehensive package for couples and their celebrants.​
