Specializing in:
Elizabeth has a naturally caring heart. Before deciding to pursue a career in counseling, she planned to become a veterinarian. During her Catholic education, she encountered challenges with mental health and well-being. Through her commitment to growth, she found hope, healing, and strength. Her desire to share these possibilities with others led her to shift her caring focus from animals to people. Working with people, she continued to explore new opportunities in the mental health field, such as volunteering at OU Campus Counseling Center and administering psychometric tests.
Raised Catholic, Elizabeth is familiar with the beliefs and traditions of the Church. However, it was not until she encountered Jesus in a new way during college that she began to fully embrace her Catholic identity as a beloved daughter of God. Inspired by His love and healing ministry, she felt called to use her career as a way to extend Christ’s love and healing to others.
Guided by her faith, Elizabeth meets each client exactly where they are—no matter how they are feeling spiritually. Her faith is the foundation of her work as a counselor, and she seeks to honor the fullness of the human person as God created them—body, mind, and soul.
